How can I request a quote?

To request a quote click on the button "Plan your trip" and enter the requested information. We will then send you the travel contract containing all the details of your stay. The contract must be signed and returned by e-mail for acceptance. The reservation will be considered confirmed upon receipt of the signed travel contract and the payment of the deposit as per the contract.

Is the quote free?

Yes, I do. The request for a quote that you send us by filling out the form on the page "Plan your trip" is totally free. Following your request we will send you a general estimate that can be modified and supplemented according to your needs and preferences. The data you send us will not be used in any way for advertising purposes.

Do you book flights?

No, we don't book flights. But we can offer you the necessary assistance and information to proceed with the booking of your flight.

How long does it take to plan a trip?

If you have already booked your flight, the organization of your stay takes about a week. Otherwise, given the timing of the trip and the budget and time needed to book the flight, it takes at least 2-3 months.

What documents do I need for my holiday destination?

For intra-Community tourists arriving in Italy, a valid identification document is sufficient. For non-EU tourists you need a Schengen visa that you can request at the Italian Consulate in your country of residence.

How can I pay?

The travel contract always specifies the terms and conditions of payment. A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid 30 days before departure. Payment can be made by bank transfer.

Can I change my mind after I have made my purchase?

In case of cancellation the deposit is refunded: 100%, following written notice received at least 40 days before the period booked, 50% following written notice received at least 30 days before the period booked.

In case of emergency, who can I ask for assistance from?

In case of emergency you can contact us by phone, we are available 24 hours a day.

What language do you speak?

Alona is a native Russian speaker and speaks Italian perfectly. Domenico is a native Italian speaker and speaks German perfectly.
